The most comprehensive and friendly mini site I have found is Minicity magazine. This site is HUGE!!
There is a message forum (which can get really funny), a mini-mart for you to buy and sell minis or bits, weekly cartoons, mini news, and you can get a cool minisrule.co.uk e-mail address. Take a peek - it's well worth it!
